Business days are Monday -Friday ; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Delivery will typically be in one to two business days from receipt of order; we will contact you to arrange your delivery.
We deliver to Dubai and Abu Dhabi using our own temperature controlled vehicles

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or exchange. Our drivers will happily accept returns at the time of delivery so please feel free to check your order and speak to our driver at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
